LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: On Monday's episode of 'The Bachelor,' Season 27, bad news will hit the screen. Zach Shallcross has contracted Covid and therefore will not be present in the upcoming episode. So how will he manage to talk to the girls? Will there be no dates?

Zach is on an international trip along with the other candidates. And it seems that things aren't going as planned. In the recently aired episode, we saw the singles looking for love on the beaches of the Bahamas. Zach went on a 1-on-1 date with Gabi. In addition, Zach was fated to go on more 1-on-1 dates. Will there be no dates on 'The Bachelor' Season 27?

It would seem so! In the preview clip of the upcoming episode of 'The Bachelor' Season 27, we saw Jesse Palmer claiming that he has "bad news" for the contestants. Even though the bad news was not revealed in the clip, we saw the Bachelor girls burst into tears after hearing it. It is indeed something terrible. Also, in the clip, we saw Zach, instead of physically appearing on the show, waving to the contestants via the video call. This suggests that there is something wrong with him. According to Reality Steve's spoiler, he is infected with Covid and will not appear in the upcoming episode. Therefore, no 1-on-1 dates are to be expected. The upcoming episode will show how the contestants interact with Zach via video call. It remains to be seen if the production will arrange the video call itself.

Only Gabi Elnicki gets the date card in London

Gabi is the lucky one! Before Zach is infected and quarantined, she managed to get a date card. According to the reports, Gabi will receive the rose in London, England. In fact, she has a chance to go on a 1-on-1 date with Zach. Gabi will be the only one to get a date out of all 11 women in the upcoming episode. Therefore, there is a chance that Gabi will come out on top in the upcoming rose ceremony. There are reports that Gabi will manage to save herself.
