BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: The 'Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles' Season 15 real estate agent Josh Fagg has recently suffered buyer's remorse after he purchased his childhood dream house, the Italian Palladian for $9.2 million in North Bedford Drive, Beverly Hills.

The abode featured seven-bedroom and eight-bath in the Flats spanned just over 7,000 square feet. The Italian-style villa previously belonged to interior designer Barbara Lockhart and her deceased husband, Herman Blackman. Josh visited the property for the first time with Tracy Tutor and hit an instant regret.

In the preview of the upcoming episode, Josh noted about the property, "What the f**k? Where's the roof?" Where's the ceiling?" He added, "What did I f*****g do?" Meanwhile, in the teaser of the latest season, Josh shared in the confessional, "It's an Italian palladian home, look it up."

However, tension rose as the Bravo show star found out there were issues with the electrical wiring at the property. He noted, "Well, this could be a problem." Josh purchased a Beverly Hills mansion shortly after announcing his divorce.

Tracy Tutor calls Josh Fagg's Italian Palladian home 'a shell'

'MDLLA' Season 15 star Tracy Tutor helped Josh Fagg in navigating his Italian Palladian home and she was as surprised to see the house. She was trying to figure out all the issues of the villa and noted, "I still can't believe you bought this sight unseen."

Meanwhile, in the previous interview, Tracy Tutor called Josh's Italian Palladian home 'a shell'. She said, "Only Josh Flagg buys a house sight unseen. He had never walked into the house before purchasing it." Tracy added, "Then he gave the seller a one-year leaseback, so he bought that house now almost two years ago, but he didn’t walk into it until the two of us walked in it together."

Tracy explained the interior of the house and noted, "It’s a shell on the inside. I mean, it’s gorgeous on the outside, but lessons learned. I don't know what he's going to do with it. He's still mulling over his plans for that one."
