Who is Ency Abedin? 'The Bachelor' Season 26 contestant put career on hold for love
ABC's 'The Bachelor' is getting renewed for Season 26 in the new year. The newest season is set to air on January 3, 2022.
The star for the new season reality show will be the ever-so-charming Clayton Echard, who will choose his possible soulmate from 30 prospective women, one of whom will be Ency Abedin. She walked into 'The Bachelor' with the hopes of finding the love of her life and is also featured in the show's trailer.

Who is Ency Abedin?
Ency Abedin is a 28-year-old model, who used to work as an executive assistant brand manager before locking her role on the show. Ency has also previously worked at a coffee company called 'Better Brew'. What's more, during her time studying abroad, Ency taught English to North Korean defectors.
Ency was born in California. She was raised and currently lives in Los Angeles. With the Scorpio sign as her zodiac, she is of Korean, Iranian, and American descent.
When it comes to love, Ency is a true romantic. As of now, she has taken a break from her career so that she can completely focus on finding the love that she deserves. She wants to find someone who is tall and has a nice smile.
