MEXICO CITY, MEXICO: In 'Botched' Season 8, Dr Paul Nassif was challenged by Yamile from Mexico, who had a huge tumor on the side of her face.

Dr Nassif indicated that this procedure is too sophisticated to do in his surgical facility, and Dr Terry Dubrow said, "I don't know, man. This may be too much." Fans recognized that Yamile's case was one of the largest and most difficult that the pair had ever faced on 'Botched'!

Fortunately, although it appeared bloody, there was little blood loss, unlike her last operation. Everything went better than predicted, and everyone on the team performed an excellent job; afterward, they had to wait to see how she healed!

Yamile still has a long road to recovery ahead of her, but Dr Nassif is overjoyed that this operation has changed her life forever! He congratulated Sharp Memorial Hospital and all the great physicians for making one of the most challenging procedures on 'Botched' a success!

Who is Yamile on 'Botched' Season 8?

Yamile is a young woman from Mexico who has a massive tumor on her face called a neurofibroma. Her previous doctors attempted twice to remove it when she was much younger, but it bled too much.

They stopped. Now, Yamile had to stroll about, as seen by the look on her face.

Viewers were proud of Yamile for her fortitude and drive in not allowing the tumor to define her, but also for being let go from her work when it began to grow again. It simply crushed everyone's hearts. Everyone thought there was something the 'Botched' doctors could do.

What happened to Yamile on 'Botched' Season 8?

During her consultation, Dr Nassif noted Yamile's nasolabial folds. The 'Botched' doctor stated that he had never seen anything like it until the Season 8 finale.

Dr Nassif discovered that the tumor on the independant merchant's face weighed perhaps a pound or two. It affected all the skin tissue of the cheek.

The scariest part was when the skin boundary met the tumor. So trying to remove the tumor proved to be difficult for Dr Nassif.

Dr Dubrow told the E! cameras that it was not just the case of the season, but "the case of the series of all 10 years, and he did something really special, and it just goes to show you what an amazing surgeon he is."

A big thank you to Scott Evans, CEO of the wonderful Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego, for assisting 'Botched' doctors in giving Yamile a unique shot. Sometimes you need a super squad, and our 'Botched' gentlemen have one with the outstanding Drs James Chao, Frederick, and Dawn De Castro-Marceau!

Yamile's procedure required many phases. They first had the tumor removed, and then they used the SPY equipment to examine the blood flow.

They then excised the bad skin and performed a facelift. Finally, they did a canthoplasty on the left eye!
