LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Dance Moms' alum Leslie Ackerman starred in the Lifetime show since Season 4 as a guest mom. Although she never got a chance to become an OG mom, Leslie was one of the fans and Abby Lee Miller's favorite customer. Leslie is currently in Pittsburgh living with her family.
She has recently become a grandma after her daughter Payton Ackerman welcomed a baby girl. She also runs a Luma restaurant in her hometown. 'Dance Moms' star Abby Lee Miller fired Leslie Ackerman from her studio and the show after their heated argument over a costume. Abby called out Leslie after she failed to find a replacement costume for her daughter, Payton, as her original costume no longer fit her properly.
Abby asked Leslie why she hadn't informed beforehand about the costume issue. However, Leslie noted that Abby didn't give her time to alter the costume or find a new one. Abby was left furious over Leslie's response and noted, "You're an embarrassment to this team." Leslie clapped back at her and said, "Abby you're f*****g perfect, aren't you?" Abby's anger was at its peak and she noted, "People that represent the Abby Lee Dance Company can't use the F word. So you're done."
