VANCOUVER, CANADA: 'Prison Brides' star Curtis Bradford was arrested in 2017. Curtis was found guilty of carjacking his cousin, dragging a woman, and chasing police.
FOX 2 reports Curtis was a passenger in his 21-year-old cousin Nadiyah Simpson's car. When his cousin refused to drive him to the asked location, he got angry and fired a shot.
After that Curtis stole a car and started driving, dragging a woman who was in the car. Later, he let her out after a short distance. Curtis later gave cops a chase from Washtenaw County to Detroit before being arrested.
Curtis was also involved in prostitution. Up North Live reports, he was arraigned with one count of prostitution, one count of conspiracy, and one count of habitual offender.
Curtis' felonies have not been covered in Lifetime's 'Prison Brides.' Instead, the show chose to highlight the bright side of his relationship with Emma Bradford.

Curtis was sentenced to 7 years of prison time. He began serving his sentence in 2018 and as per the show was due to be released in 2023.
Emma was seen preparing for Curtis' release in the show. Without waiting anymore, Emma decided to marry Curtis in the prison.

Who doesn't dream about marrying with their families present by their side, but Emma's dreams were left shattered as she had to marry the love of her life in jail.
Ahead of the marriage day, she booked a hotel near the jail to get ready. Emma said, "I'm actually getting married in a white jumper, some white trousers, and some white trainers."
Dressed in all white, she left for the priosn to tie the knot with Curtis. Lifetime posts Emma's video on its official site, saying, "This is our royal wedding 👰♀️😭 Emma and Curtis are married in prison!"
A fan commented on Emma and Curtis's wedding day, "Emma’s pre wedding night in that hotel room looks dusty as hell. Should be a wake up call but the Botox has gone to her brain." "Emma is glad to finally be a married woman!" wrote another.
