Spoilers for ‘Renovation Island’ Season 3 Episode 14
WELLINGTON, FLORIDA: Bryan Baeumler and Sarah Baeumler are almost on the verge of completing their Florida home as the duo removes the frontal landscaping of the project. The Baeumlers are quite satisfied with the overall direction of their renovation and think that soon the project will start looking like a livable house. The owners of the Caerula Mar Club Resort are now set to focus on their pool and the bedrooms.
Sarah is especially relieved about the project finally resembling a house, as she expressed that it had been the “embarrassment” of the neighborhood. According to the interior designer, the house will no longer serve as “an eyesore” for the neighbors now that it has started to take shape. On the other hand, Bryan is glad that the couple saved money on all the landscaping by scrapping it out and cleaning up the mess. Now that the renovation project is almost on the verge of completion, the upcoming episodes will show the Baeumler family getting on with the finishing touches.

What to expect on ‘Renovation Island’ Season 3 Episode 15?
In the last few episodes, fans saw the Baeumlers derive fruitful results as they hurried through the renovation project of their Florida home. Bryan decided to take the kids to the pool site and show them the couple’s vision. As the trio got closer to where the pool is supposed to be constructed, the children observed that the unfished site looked like a “beach.” In response, Bryan jokingly said that now the family has a beach on their property. The children soon started inspecting the sandy area of the under-construction pool site and noted that it was quicksand as they played around. Their excitement over quicksand caused their father to note that they’re more excited about having quicksand in their backyard over a pool.
The next episode will give viewers the chance to see the Baeumlers working on their principal bedroom. The duo will also welcome some guests to their almost-finished Florida house construction site.
‘Renovation Island’ airs every Sunday at 9/8c on HGTV, and is available for streaming on Discovery+ and HGTV Go app.
