Taylor Sheridan’s ‘Tulsa King’ Season 4 casts ‘The Rookie’ star in major role
'Tulsa King' is now recognized as one of the jewels in creator Taylor Sheridan's ever-expanding narrative universe. In an interesting turn of events, Deadline has recently confirmed that Season 4 of 'Tulsa King' will feature 'The Rookie' star Flula Borg in a recurring role.
Borg, known for his role in 'My Spy: The Eternal City', will portray tech billionaire Bradley Van Heusen. The fourth season of the show is expected to arrive sometime in late 2026.
Borg is noted for his acting chops and was most recently seen opposite Dave Bautista in 'My Spy: The Eternal City'. He also played the lead role in the independent feature film 'Bonhoeffer,' written and directed by Todd Komarnicki.
The 43-year-old has also tried his hand at writing and executive producing for the film 'Buddymoon', which won big at the Slamdance Film Festival. His other acting credits include 'The Suicide Squad', 'Trolls', 'Pitch Perfect: Bumper In Berlin', and 'Captain Fall'.
Apart from Borg, Season 4 of 'Tulsa King' will also feature Jay Will, Annabella Sciorra, Neal McDonough, Robert Patrick, Martin Starr, Beau Knapp, Bella Heathcote, Chris Caldovino, McKenna Quigley Harrington, Kevin Pollak, Vincent Piazza, Mike 'Cash Flo' Walden, Frank Grillo, Michael Beach, James Russo, Dana Delany and Garrett Hedlund. It was also confirmed earlier that Gretchen Moll will take on a series regular role in the fourth season.
'Tulsa King' is led by Sylvester Stallone's Dwight 'The General' Manfredi, who is a capo working under the aegis of the New York mafia. Following his release from prison after serving a 25-year sentence, Manfredi is snubbed by his mafia boss and exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he is forced to set up his own enterprise.
However, Manfredi soon realizes that his mob family won't stick their necks out for him and that he must provide for himself. With this aim in mind, Manfredi quietly starts building a new criminal empire in Tulsa. While the debut season chronicled his rise as a mob boss, the sophomore season followed Dwight and his crew as they entered enemy territory and took considerable damage.
Season 3, however, presented Dwight with the most formidable enemy he had ever had to face in the Dunmires, the old-money family that is devoid of any scruples or qualms of conscience when it comes to harming Dwight.
Season 4 of 'Tulsa King' will once again be executive produced by Stallone and Sheridan, along with Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Thomas Kelly, David C. Glasser, Keith Cox, and Bob Yari. It has also been reported that Terence Winter will join the show as the boss writer and executive producer.
The show is produced by Paramount Television Studios and 101 Studios and is available to stream on Paramount+.
