'Summer House' 10 Episode 13 Recap: West and Ciara grow closer but the focus is on Kyle and Amanda
'Summer House' Season 10 Episode 13 featured the cast members getting ready to enjoy their time on a yacht. While some of them were preparing snacks and drinks at home, West and Ciara were already waiting for them at the marina. Fellow cast members discussed Ciara and West's dynamic as Kyle thought they were "getting back together." However, Mia believed the two might be becoming friends again. Later, when they all arrived at the yacht, Ciara and West held hands and welcomed them, surprising the group.
Further, Ciara had a heartfelt conversation with Mia and opened up about how West was her “person.” Mia noted that it must have been difficult for her to forgive West and have such a bond with him. Viewers also witnessed Amanda’s FaceTime with Kyle, where she primarily spoke to Ciara. Later, Kyle opened up while speaking to fellow male cast members and shared how his “being himself” irritated Amanda. Elsewhere, Jesse and Ciara had a chat as he reflected on her and West “being friends again.” She asked Jesse about Kyle. “He was good. He was happy, and being able to be himself without Amanda yelling at him for being himself," responded Jesse. Soon Mia joined the two as they discussed Kyle and Amanda’s situation. “He didn’t seem upset this weekend that Amanda wasn’t here,” mentioned Jesse as Mia agreed.
‘Summer House’ star Jesse added that Kyle didn’t want to talk about his relationship with Amanda. “Now that he knows himself and he’s smart enough to know that anything that comes out of his mouth will be negative and cause issues in his relationship,” revealed Jesse. He also mentioned that he thought Kyle and Amanda were not “having s** for maybe years.” Mia and Ciara were shocked and asked Jesse where he learned about that. “Rumors,” responded Jesse. He then said it was from Carl.
The latest ‘Summer House’ episode also featured Carl’s Soft Bar’s “soft launch,” which was attended by friends and family. Apart from current cast members, their friends, mutual friends, and show alums also joined and congratulated him. Amanda also attended the event, along with Lindsay and her friend, Georgina. In her private confessional, Lindsay reflected on her and Carl’s relationship, “I mean it took two years after our break-up, but here we are. He is actually doing something that deserves…my attention.” Later at the event, she also met Carl’s mom, and the two had a chat. Jesse talked to Amanda and told her about Ciara and West being friends again. “Sabrina texted me because we talk now, and she’s like, ‘Ben and I are going to have drinks with West and Ciara, you should come," said Jesse. He added that West and Ciara were back to being "normal friends" again, and Amanda was surprised to learn that.
