'RHOBH' Season 15 Reunion Part 1 Recap: Dorit and Kyle argue and Erika opens up about heartbreaking past
The first part of the ‘RHOBH’ Season 15 reunion featured cast members, including Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, Bozoma Saint John, Dorit Kemsley, and Sutton Stracke, along with new additions, Rachel Zoe and Amanda Frances. It was hosted by Andy Cohen, who asked Rachel about her experience on the show. She shared that the love she has received has been overwhelming. When she mentioned she felt that she was “a lot more open” than she thought she would be, Andy agreed. The host asked her whether she wanted to “get back” at her ex, Rodger Berman, by being on the show, and she said that was not the case.
Andy then spoke to Erika about her relationship with Tom Girardi and asked about her “horrible experience.” “I’ve held it for a long time,” she noted. She admitted that “had Denise (Richards) not said anything, I probably wouldn’t have said anything, either.” Speaking about how she left the relationship, she added, "I called the cops. I gave this person a chance to leave. They did not." She also revealed that Tom was emotionally and financially abusive. “And, you know, Tom, one time, did not talk to me for six weeks,” she added. "You know, as sweet as Tom could be, is as vicious as Tom could be." Fellow ‘RHOBH’ cast members comforted and supported Erika as she narrated what she had been through.
Further on the reunion, Andy asked Dorit about her previous statement regarding Kyle. “You said that what Kyle is doing is going to come back and bite you in the a**. Has that happened?” asked Andy. “Yeah. PK (Kemsley) was sending me…clearly, Kyle was relaying information to Mau (Umansky) about me and the season, and PK was taunting me…saying, ‘Apparently, you’re not doing so well,’” said Dorit. However, Kyle refused to have done “anything like that.” Listening to this, Dorit sarcastically replied that if it wasn’t her, PK must have gotten it all “out of thin air” and must be a psychic. As the two got into an argument, unseen footage featuring Kyle and Rachel’s conversation was shown.
Elsewhere in Part 1 of the reunion, Amanda clarified her previous comments about finances and said, "Eddie’s not a freeloader. He owns a company. He’s a wonderful man. He knows I make more money than him. He knows I’m super proud of it." However, the host asked how Eddie felt about her disclosing this information so publicly. "I don’t think he considers it disrespectful," Amanda replied. She later added that she was surprised when she received backlash for the "designer stuff a little bit, or the bragging stuff a little bit." "I thought I was on a show about rich women with cool sh*t," she added. Things then took a turn when Kyle asked her, "Did you feel like you had to do that when you came into this group?" Erika added, "You cannot lead with that sh*t. You’ve rubbed everybody the wrong way. It’s hard to do that in this group." Further drama will unfold during Part 2 of the reunion on Thursday, April 30.
