'Welcome To Plathville' Season 4: Fans say Lydia is 'shady' like Kim, claim she 'wants Max'

Season 4 of 'Welcome To Plathville' has seen the Plath family go through some significant changes. Although the Plath kids grew up abiding by strict rules, it seems as though things are rapidly changing. Two of the storylines that have been highlighted this season are Kim and Barry's divorce and Moriah's split for Max.

While Kim and Barry are now trying to figure out how to navigate their relationship, Max and Moriah have officially called it quits. Although they kept skirting around the issue early on, fans quickly caught on to the fact that Max had, in fact, cheated on her. The final nail in the coffin was when Max made a video about their relationship and posted it online.

While Moriah's family has been on her side, it seems like her own sister Lydia had a very different agenda. Even though Moriah told her that they ended things, Lydia asked if she could still be friends with Max and even went as far as to spend time with him.

When Moriah finally confronted her about it, Lydia spoke about how she had forgiven him for what he did and did so after reading the scriptures. However, Moriah made it plenty clear that the situation was not about her and it was not for her to forgive him. Lydia broke down and say the error of her ways but fans weren't as forgiving.

Like what place is it of her to say she forgives Max for what he did to Moriah. She’s like so sucked into religion it’s gross. #welcometoplathville," said another. "Lydia wants Max, and now she’s trying to play dumb and cry her way out of it #welcometoplathville," wrote another. 

'Welcome To Plathville' Season 4 airs on Tuesdays at 10 pm ET/PT on TLC.
