Netflix is back with another watch that will have you snorting with laughter and it's none other than Tyler Perry's 'A Madea Homecoming'! That's right folks Tyler Perry is back with a twelfth movie in the 'Madea Franchise'.
Although he planned to end the series with 'A Madea Family Funeral' and 'Madea's Farewell Play', Perry decided to continue with it and along with Netflix teamed up for another funny watch. This time around Madea is planning a celebratory dinner for her great-grandson's graduation, but being the chaotic family that they are, buried secrets threaten to ruin the event. With another film set to come out soon, here's who will be back to induce more laughs!

Tyler Perry as Mabel 'Madea' Simmons
Tyler Perry is a well-known American actor, director, producer, and screenwriter who made his entry in sow biz in 1992 when he first performed 'I Know I've Been Changed' at a community theater. Extremely talented in writing he went on to write many stageplays, television shows, and movies making a name for himself in the entertainment industry. His works include the long-running sitcom 'Tyler Perry's House of Payne', ' Why Did I Get Married?', ' The Haves and the Have Nots', 'Star Trek' and more. He even came up with the 'Madea' series which has churned out 11 movies so far. Perry even established his own studio called Tyler Perry Studios which is one of the largest film studios in the nation and established him as the second African-American to outright own a major film studio.
The man of many talents is also an author with his business prowess earning him the title of the highest-paid man in entertainment by Forbes in 2011. He was later also included in Time's list of the 100 most influential people of 2020 and was inducted into the Black Music & Entertainment Walk of Fame this year. Perry will reprise his role as the funny old lady Madea in 'A Madea Homecoming'.
Cassi Davis-Patton as Aunt Bam
Cassi Davis-Patton is an American actress and singer whose acting career began in 1988 with a supporting role in the comedy movie 'School Daze'. Some of her earlier works include 'Silent Bomb', 'Living Single', 'Married... with Children', 'Kenan & Kel', 'The PJ's', 'Love on Layaway', and 'He Say... She Say... But What Does GOD Say?". Bagging in a role in Tyler Perry's work she established herself in ' Tyler Perry's House of Payne' as Ella Payne and then as Aunt Bam in the 'Madea' franchise and has been a vital part of some of the movies like 'Madea's Big Happy Family', 'A Madea Christmas', 'Boo 2! A Madea Halloween' and more.
Davis got married to her longtime boyfriend Kerry Patton in 2017 who she dated from 2007. She will reprise her role as Aunt Bam in the newest Madea movie 'A Madea Homecoming' on Netflix.
