'The Voice' Season 20: Why did Team Kelly make Snoop Dogg cry and is Kelsea Ballerini really gone?
Kelly Clarkson is back on 'The Voice' and that seems to be causing some tears all around. Happy tears for fans we're sure, but rather emotional ones for the new addition to the show, mega mentor Snoop Dogg.
Snoop Dogg may not seem like the sort to get overly emotional, but Team Kelly managed to wrestle a tear drop or two out of Snoop. Snoop, who has joined 'The Voice' in the capacity of Mega Mentor, was moved to tears by Corey Ward of Team Kelly, as he performed none other than his mentor, Kelly Clarkson's song 'Already Gone'.

Clarkson was elated that Corey chose her song and asked him why he chose it. Corey said he chose 'Already Gone' because sometimes in life things don't go to plan and no matter how good things maybe, they're not meant to be. Snoop said he was looking forward to being taken on an emotional roller coaster ride with Corey's performance and he certainly was. Snoop in his classic style said he had to literally tell his tears to hold back till the commercial break. This certainly got everyone laughing through their tears.
Kelly seemed delighted to be in Snoop's company and of course, back on the show. A warm goodbye was bid to Kelsea Ballerini who stood in for Kelly on the show. Such a warm goodbye, that we have to wonder, whether at some point there's a more permanent spot for Kelsea on the show.

Fans of 'The Voice' said Kelsea deserves more time on 'The Voice' in the future. One fan tweeted, "I can see her coaching on her own and doing great!." Another fan tweeted, "She should be on the short list for future seasons."
To catch Kelly Clarkson back on 'The Voice' and of course Snoop Dogg tune into the latest episodes of 'The Voice' on Mondays at 8/7c on NBC.
