'The Veil' Finale Episode Preview: Imogen Salter and Adilah join forces to foil terrorist plot

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Steven Knight's ongoing thriller miniseries 'The Veil' immerses viewers in a deadly game of cat and mouse between two women.
The series' plot revolves around Imogen Salter (Elisabeth Moss) and Adilah El Idrissi (Yumna Marwan).
Imogen is on a mission to discover the true identity of Adilah, who is assumed to be the commander of ISIS, which is plotting a massive terrorist strike on America.
The series, which debuted on April 30, 2024, features six episodes, with the conclusion set to premiere on Tuesday, May 28, 2024.
What happened in 'The Veil' Episode 5?
The fifth episode of the series finally reveals Adilah's identity as the dreaded ISIS commander as she escapes Imogen's apartment to meet Emir (Alec Secareanu), who threatens her to carry out the plan or the organization's superior leaders will kill her daughter Yasmina (Keyla Bara/Neyla Bara).
He also presses her to prove her loyalty by eliminating Imogen, which Adilah rejects herself but is convinced to get Imogen to a crowded place where someone else can kill her.
On the other side, Max Peterson (Josh Charles) plans a scheme to kidnap Yasmina in order to force Adilah to give information about a ship transporting radioactive substances, but Imogen successfully takes Yasmina and sends her to England, shocking him.
Imogen later meets Adilaha and, detecting something strange flees with her.
Later, the women engages in a heated exchange of words as a result of Imogen's threat to not allow Adilah to meet Yasmina if she does not reveal information regarding the ship's whereabouts.
The episode concludes with Imogen aggressively offering Adilah an ultimatum to expose the facts.
What will happen in 'The Veil' Finale Episode?
The series' next and final episode, named 'The Cottage', is expected to bring the thrilling series to a close.
It is expected that Adilah will team up with Imogen in hopes of protecting Yasmina and her inability to carry out the plan, which could kill millions of people.
Imogen, too, will act on Adilah's information about the ship, and a high-octane tension-filled scenario will ensue as the ladies attempt to repel the terrorist strike.
It is also feasible that the CIA and DGSE will work together to stop the terrorist strike and chases Imogen ad Adilah.

The series finale episode will premiere on FX and Hulu on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. The last episode of the thrilling miniseries will be directed by Damon Thomas and written by Steven Knight.
Keeping with the record of previous episodes, the finale episode is planned to last 40–50 minutes.
