'The Cleaning Lady' Episode 7: Marco steals son's money, fans say 'knew he was trash'

Fans say 'Marco can be killed off' after he gambles away the money for Luca's organ transplant

FOX returned with a brand new episode of 'The Cleaning Lady' and Thony(Elodie Yung) is in more tension than ever as Luca's heath deteriorates faster than ever causing the need for a liver transplant as soon as possible.

But to make matter worse her husband Marco(Ivan Shaw) who has a gambling problem shows up, adding to an already chaotic and stressful household. He told Thony earlier to send him money so that's could be near them but already being short on cash, that wasn't an option. So his appearance worried her as she wondered where he got the money from. Read on to know what the irresponsible father ended up doing and how fans reacted to it.

The seventh episode saw Luca contract jaundice which accelerated the time limit of him needing a new liver. Although they saved up $20,000 to give to the organ donor, they were still in a crunch as they couldn't afford any of the transplant centers. This led to Thony asking Arman (Adan Canto) for help which angered Marco as he thought another man was after his wife. Thony who was already apprehensive about Marco coming to Las Vegas had her worst fears come true when she found the $20K missing. And what do you know we see the irresponsible father busy gambling it away after stealing it! He may have done it due to his addiction or simply because his ego was too big to accept Arman's help. Either way, it was a low move that is highly risky, leading fans to erupt in anger.

Many commented that this move would cause him to lose his family and that he deserved it. They pointed out that he was more of a 'sperm donor' rather than a father with Arman taking more care of Luca than he has. One even referenced 'Yellowstone' and implied he needs to be killed off. And you tried to stop the bag and almost kill your child? Yeah, dismissed sir. I’m rooting for the cheating wholeheartedly now 😭#TheCleaningLady".

Another viewer said, "Marco can be killed off, anyone who did what he did has no value. Harsh but someone who basically put their child as risk for gambling wow… #thecleaninglady", as another added, "🔥 #TheCleaningLady Marco isn’t a dad, he is a sperm donor IMO. A dad wouldn’t gamble away that money or let his pride come before his son’s life. I don’t like Marco, if it isn’t obvious 😏".
