Born Paxton 'Terry' Bradshaw born on September 2, 1948, in Shreveport, Louisiana, Bradshaw was raised by his mother and father, a US Navy veteran. A young Bradshaw knew he wanted to be a professional football player and attended Louisiana Tech University. In 1970, he was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers. He led the team to eight AFC Central championships and four Super Bowl titles. Unfortunately, his playing career ended in 1983 when a persistent elbow injury required surgery. The situation only got worse and he retired soon after. Post this, he went on to become a sports analyst. In 2016, he sold a home on 12-acres land in Hawaii for $2.7 million. In 2019, he listed his 744-acre ranch in southern Oklahoma. The ranch had an 8,600-square-foot home and working equestrian and cattle operations, including pastures, lakes, and hills overlooking the Red River.

The home also boasts six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The patio outside had a full kitchen, bar, fireplace, sauna, and fire pit, as reported by Fox Business. Celebrity Net worth reported the property to be somewhere between $10 and $12 million.

Recently in 2020, he sold a property in Bradenton for $1.4 million in a private gated community. Apart from real estate, Bradshaw also makes money by 'flipping planes', similar to the way people flip houses. He spends $4 or $5 million on a plane and then sells it to a new owner for a profit.
