OAK ISLAND, NORTH CAROLINA: Currently, there is a considerable amount of criticism being directed towards Jenelle Evans on various online platforms as a result of a recent video she posted on her Instagram account.
On April 9, 2024, the renowned television personality from 'Teen Mom' posted a captivating video that featured her beloved children, Jace, Kaiser, and Ensley while they were all comfortably seated in a car.
"#BoatDay #EasterWeekend," she wrote in the caption of the video.
The video clip featuring Jenelle shows her engaging in light conversation with her children as they prepare for a boat outing during the Easter weekend.
However, viewers were quick to notice that none of her children were wearing seatbelts in the video, sparking concern among eagle-eyed fans.
One social media user wrote, "PUT SEATBELTS ON!!! Seriously!"
Another user chimed in, "Girl! You are the only one wearing a seatbelt. PLEASE make your children wear them. Please!"
Followed by a user who penned, "No criticism just generally asking what age do you no longer use safety car seats in america? I have a 7.5 and 6.5 yr old still in car seats didnt know they werent required at ainsleys age/size."
A user went on to say, "Super ninja in the back seat. lol."

‘Teen Mom 2’ star Jenelle Evans reveals her son Jace ‘keeps running away’
In April 2023, Janelle discussed on her TikTok page the reasons behind her 14-year-old son, Jace, running away from home twice in the past two weeks, as per Page Six. She mentioned feeling targeted and criticized for her son's actions.
“I will say one thing: Monitor your kids’ phones. Because, you know, I monitor my kid’s phone, and sometimes they get in trouble. Sometimes they get it taken away for consequences to their actions, right?” the former MTV personality said.
She further added, “But sometimes they don’t take that too lightly,” she went on, “and sometimes kids get really mad about their phones if you take them away.”
The mom of three continued, "My son has been having a hard time for the past two, three years. None of this has gone public because we’re trying to keep his privacy — me and my mom.”
At that time, Jenelle refused to provide specific information about her son's mental health, but she reassured her followers that he is doing well, in good health, and safe.

Last week, David Eason was served by local sheriff's deputies with legal documents for two separate cases filed against him in North Carolina by his estranged wife, Jenelle Evans.
Jenelle alleged in her petition for a domestic violence protective order that David killed a dog in February of this year, according to The US Sun. Jenelle sought a protective order from the court for herself and her three children following a recent incident in which David allegedly killed their dog during an argument at their home on February 6, 2024.
"David has an argument with Jenelle outside of the house in the driveway. David storms off, gets into Jenelle's Toyota Sequoia to drive away without asking Jenelle's permission, pulls out really fast, runs over a puppy, and kills it," the complaint for an order of protection read.
It further read, "Kids were at school but stepdaughter [David's daughter Maryssa, 16] was home at the time and witnessed the dog dying. David also witnessed the dog dying."
Later on, Jenelle claimed that David exhibited emotionally abusive behavior towards her children.
Jenelle claimed that he said things like "I hate these kids," "These kids are a**holes," and "'I just want to run away from these motherf***ers and never come back.'"
She mentioned that he told the kids offensive things but did not mention which child received which insult. He insulted them by saying, "You're stupid," "Stop acting so gay," "Little screaming b***h," "Stop being a f****t," and "Your mom is a piece of s**t."

In October 2023, Jenelle Evans' oldest son Jace disappeared multiple times, prompting authorities to begin investigating the adults in his home.
Law enforcement sources informed TMZ that Jenelle and her husband, David Eason, were being investigated for child neglect following their son Jace's recent disappearance. Jace had gone missing twice before, but Jenelle claimed it was due to him being a rebellious teenager.
Then, the insiders revealed that the situation involving Jenelle and David may be more serious than previously thought, as Jace reportedly told police that David assaulted him. This is why the investigators were focusing on Jenelle and David.
