She wrote, "A lion doesn't lose sleep over the opinion of sheep." In another Instagram story, Jenelle went on to directly slam her mother saying, "Can not believe my parent is still acting like a child at almost 70 years old."
Jenelle used social media to publicly confront Barbara, accusing her of fabricating stories for personal gain and sharing them with 'Teen Mom' fan pages when the media wouldn't adopt the false narrative.
Jenelle criticized Barbara for being selfish and prioritizing her own interests over considering the broader context.
She wrote, "Make up whatever stories you want to, but kids aren't dumb these days... they want proof so good luck providing that along with your made-up story."
Jenelle claimed that her mother's "jealousy" shines more than motherhood and they still don't get along with each other.
In conclusion, she advised Barbara, "Just stop. This isn't making the situation any better. You're not the victim, put your pride aside. So better. Praying for you."
