5. Aimee Eden
Aimee Eden (Dani Ramirez) stands out as one of the most selfless characters in the series. Before the outbreak of the Sick, her life revolved around her typical 9-to-5 job.
However, Aimee's outlook on life underwent a profound transformation when she discovered Wendy (Naledi Murray), a hybrid child, left at her doorstep at the zoo. In response, she provided a safe space where hybrids could live without fear of persecution or harm.

Rani Singh (Aliza Vellani) is the devoted wife of Dr Aditya Singh (Adeel Akhtar). Despite her diagnosis with the Sick, a devastating virus, Rani makes the decision to keep her illness hidden from everyone except her husband.
Rani's affection for her husband is evident in her immense support for him, even as their lives are upended by her illness. However, their bond faces a new challenge when Dr Aditya agrees to work for General Abbot.
Rani's character is intriguing due to the mystery surrounding her, earning her the 8th spot among the best characters in the series.
While her role may not be as prominent or as well-developed as some of the other characters, such as Gus or Bear, her presence is felt throughout the series.
9. Dr Aditya Singh
In 'Sweet Tooth,' Dr Aditya Singh is depicted as a devoted husband. Despite the challenges posed by the virus, he continued working until deciding to step away from his practice later on. When his wife, Rani, contracts the Sick, he finds a method to keep her alive using experimental vaccines.
Despite his moral and religious objections, Dr Aditya is forced by General Abbot to experiment on hybrids. This raises questions about the extent to which Dr. Aditya is willing to compromise his principles under duress.
While Dr. Aditya's actions, such as experimenting on hybrids, may cast him in a negative light, it is important to consider the circumstances that led him to make those choices.
10. General Abbot
General Abbot is considered one of the worst characters in 'Sweet Tooth' for a multitude of reasons. Firstly, his ruthless and tyrannical nature is evident in his treatment of hybrids and humans alike.
He uses fear and intimidation to maintain control over those around him, resorting to violence and coercion to achieve his goals.
He is willing to sacrifice innocent lives in pursuit of his agenda, displaying a complete lack of empathy or compassion. He hates hybrids and is driven by a mission to find a cure for the virus, even if it means destroying lives in the process.
His sinister glare, combined with his signature beard and purple-tinted sunglasses, create a menacing and intimidating presence that immediately sets him apart as a villainous figure in 'Sweet Tooth.'
Additionally, he manipulates and coerces Dr Aditya into conducting harsh experiments on hybrids, demonstrating a complete disregard for the consequences of his actions.
