World Digital Songs Kings, Stray Kids

On September 1, it was announced by Billboard Charts that Stray Kids successfully landed seven songs on current week's #WorldDigitalSongSales chart, with the title track ‘Thunderous’ at #3. Other songs also followed suit with ‘Domino’ at #11, ‘Cheese’ at #14, ‘The View’ at #18. The song ‘Ssick’ took the #22 spot and Stray Kids’ old song ‘Wolfgang’ which appeared on the current album as a re-issue made a re-entry on the chart at #23 with ‘Sorry, I Love You’ finally at #24.

Fans were quick to notice that their song, ‘Red Lights’, also made an appearance on the charts but Billboard seems to have missed it because the song is credited under the names of Stray Kids’ leader Bang Chan and Hyunjin. With ‘Red Lights’ at #13 Stray Kids have a total of eight songs on the chart to correspond with the number of members in the group. This made Stays rejoice as they said, “Eight is Fate.”

With Stray Kids making it big in the sales, ‘Thunderous’ becomes legendary again because it marks Stray Kids’ 5th music show win. With their first win with ‘Thunderous’ at Show Champion, Stray Kids now have five music show wins. ‘Miroh’ marked their first-ever win followed by ‘Levanter’ while ‘Back Door’ followed with not one but two wins.

‘SKZ 4th Gen Kings’

“If we include red lights, that's 8 songs on the world digital song sales. 8 is fate” said a stay. And another said, “4TH GENERATION LEADERS STRAY KIDS WORLD DOMINATION.” And another wondered, “King shit but where is silient cry?” Fans dub Stray Kids as, “4th gen leaders.”

A stay pointed why Billboard only counted 7 out of the 8 songs that charted saying, “It was credited under Chan and Hyunjin so it didn't count as a Stray kids song which is why they didn't add it to the Stray kids chart. :')” Fans started replying to Billboard Charts tweet, saying, “STRAY KIDS WORLD DOMINATION.” Another fan noted, “With 3 days of tracking. KINGS.”
