In the last episode of 'Station 19', we saw Carina DeLuca (Stefania Spampinato) grappling to come to terms with her grief after losing her brother Andrew DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti). Carina seemed to be drowning in her grief with no one except girlfriend Maya (Danielle Savre) to hold onto. Her father, in spite of knowing about Andrew's death for two days, didn't call her, and as 'Grey's Anatomy' fans saw DeLuca walking away with his mother on the beach, Carina and Andrew's mother passed away several years before. But it looks like Maya is not the only one helping Carina now in her hour of grief.

The show's Twitter page teased a special guest who has come to help Carina out in her hour of need.

Stefania Spampinato as Carina DeLuca and Danielle Savre as Maya star in ‘Station 19’ (ABC)

Stefania Spampinato, who plays Carina DeLuca, has only shared that it is a woman from her past. There was clearly only one woman from Carina's past that fans wanted to see, and that is former flame Dr Arizona Robbins.

One fan tweeted, "It's not Arizona and therefore, I am disappointed."

For other 'Marina' fans, however, no former flames are welcome. One fan tweeted, "If something bad happens to Marina because of the arrival of this woman, I BURN EVERYTHING"

It's not just fans who don't seem happy, Maya's priceless reaction speaks a million words. One fan tweeted, "Maya’s face looks like she’s going to murder whoever that is...." Another tweeted, "You don’t even need the mask off to see how @D_SAVRE feels about this." Others are hoping though that there is nothing to worry about. One fan tweeted, "I’m pretty sure she’s just a family friend. Maya has nothing to worry about."
