If ‘Station 19’ had a relationship competition, Maya Bishop (Danielle Savre) and Carina DeLuca (Stefania Spampinato) would have won it in a heartbeat! The beautiful bisexual romance is number one on fans' minds and new photos from the show have only upped their excitement.

In Episode 2 ‘Wild World’, the two beauties decide to quarantine together. Just to see Maya, Carina lands up at her workplace. Maya pops the question. “Move in with me,” adding that her gesture only means she is all-in even after breaking her trust earlier. Carina replies, “Actually, I came here to ask you the exact same thing.” Pulling out quarantine tests, Carina asks her to take one of those. “How,” Maya exclaims, “do you make even nasal swabbing sound sexy?”

Now, the third episode could show how they soak themselves in domestic bliss. Showrunner Paris Barclay shared a snapshot of them together and set hearts racing. “Ah, true love, Marina-style,” he wrote. In no time, his tweet garnered hundreds of reactions. One said, “'It's our great romance right now.' The best ship ever! MARINA ENDGAME,” and another posted, “Yassss their chemistry is so palpable. I love it and I am obsessed with them.”

But many just want makers to get the two married. “They have to be endgame I would literally die for them,” one fan posted. Another said, “OMG, in my head, Carina and Maya are married and nothing can change my thinking.” And a third wrote, “Well this is a beautiful photo to wake up to! Thank you for this amazing relationship. It’s been a long time coming to have a storyline on tv, especially a healthy one. Looking forward to tonight’s episode! Have a beautiful day.”

Last week, actress Danielle Savre hinted at that with a poll on Twitter. "Always be clear with your intentions @OakSmash Should Maya and Carina quarantine together?" she asked and it led to an overflow of reactions with 100% fans voting yes. Do you think the two will get married this season?

The crossover episode of ‘Station 19’ Season 4 and ‘Grey's Anatomy’ Season 17 premiered on Thursday, November 12, 2020. Written by Zaiver Sinnett and directed by Paris Barclay, the third episode ‘We Are Family’ will air after a one-week break on Thursday, December 3, from 8 pm ET to 9 pm ET on ABC. Episodes can also be viewed the next day on demand and on Hulu.
