Fans celebrate Son Ye-jin's 'change of heart' after engagement to co-star Hyun-bin
K-drama lovers all over the world were rooting for ‘Crash Landing On You’ co-stars and on-screen couple Son Ye-jin and Hyun-bin after it was revealed that they were indeed dating in real life. Their on and off-screen chemistry was undeniable and it looks like the two actors agree as they have decided to take their relationship to the next level. And they announced their engagement in the cutest way.
A few hours before the announcement, on February 10, a preview of their upcoming interview was released. In it, Son Ye-jin shared that her “current love” was her first love. And it looks like he will possibly be her last because we then had Hyun-bin taking to Instagram to post a photo of the two holding hands and a hand-written letter announcing that they were engaged to be married. He also referred to their beloved ‘Crash Landing On You’ characters as he wrote, “I’ve made a promise with the girl that has always made me smile, to walk together in the future. Jeong-hyeok and Se-ri, who were together in the drama, will be taking that first step together.”

Son Ye-jin talks about marriage
Son Ye-jin too took to Instagram to post a miniature version of a wedding gown and shared that she had found someone to spend the rest of her life with and it was Hyun-bin. Well, we had everyone congratulating the ‘Crash Landing On You’ co-stars on social media, from fans and celebrity friends to the general public. But it is Ye-jin’s past words that have made fans realize just how romantic the couple’s story is.
A Knetizen reminisced about the time the actress was asked about marriage in an interview held long back. Back then, Ye-jin had shared that she is not confident to become a mom so she has no thoughts on getting married. But she said that she might give it thought if she" meets a good man who she feels she can get married to and feels certain about marriage but has no thoughts on getting married.” Well, fans have found it endearing that it was Hyun-bin who changed her mind.
