In the recent episode of the three-part special in Season 16 of  'Sister Wives', Kody Brown opened up to talk show host, Sukanya, and admits that he needs help to reconnect with his sons.

When asked why he doesn't share the ideal father-son relationship, Kody told Sukanya that he doesn't feel respected. The irony here is that the sole reason his sons don't like to spend time with him is majorly because Kody himself doesn't know where his priorities lie. He has not given equal attention and time to all of his kids since he's been selective throughout. It goes without saying that Kody would rather spend all his time with Robyn and "her" kids rather than the other three.
