'Sex/ Life' the sexy new series on Netflix follows the life of suburban mother Billie Mann (Sarah Shahi) who seems to have the picture perfect life. But while her life may be perfect, her sex life is far from it. Billie can't stop fantasising about her sexy ex Brad (Adam Demos) and Season 1 shows the various angst ridden situations Billie finds herself in, as she struggles to have it all.
The finale episode of Season 1 certainly leaves a lot of room to take Billie's story forward, so is there in fact a Season 2 of 'Sex/Life' on the cards? Read on to find out if we can expect more of the love triangle between Billie, Brad and Cooper (Mike Vogel). As and when a second season is confirmed, it is expected that the show will return to Netflix. You can also watch the series by signing up for the platform’s free trial. Apart from that, viewers can also opt for different subscription plans provided by the streaming giant. A premium plan that allows more people to watch the service on different screens simultaneously, costs $18 per month. Meanwhile, the basic US plan costs $9 per month.
Plot
The finale of 'Sex/Life' shows Billie attempting to have it all by refusing to leave her husband Cooper, but choosing to embark on a purely sex based affair with Brad. But little does she know that Cooper knows more about her plan than she is aware of. This certainly leaves a lot of room for drama in a second season, if there is one.

Sarah Shahi
Sarah Shahi is a familiar face on television and before becoming an actor, she was an NFL cheerleader. She is known for her roles on 'The L Word', 'Fairly Legal' and the crime drama, 'Person of Interest'. In 2019, she appeared in a recurring role in 'City on a Hill' on Showtime and also appeared in seven episodes of the series, 'The Rookie', as romantic interest Jessica Russo.
Mike Vogel
Vogel who started out his career as a model, notably for Levi Strauss, went on to act in films such as 'The Sisterhood of Traveling Pants' where he played Blake Lively's love interest. He has also starred opposite Jennifer Aniston in 'Rumour Has It' as the son of Kevin Costner's character. He has also been a part of films like 'The Help' and 'Blue Valentine'. Vogel is also no stranger to Netflix as he starred in the Netflix psychological thriller, 'Secret Obsession'. Vogel has also been part of television series such as 'Brave' and ' Bates Motel'.
