Mary Fitzgerald says 'Selling Sunset' brings out people's insecurities and narcissism

Stepping into her new role, Mary decided to take Christine aside and talk to her about her statements made in the press. However, the conversation went south relatively fast, when Mary kept hounding Christine about her action instead of having a real conversation. Fans called her out on it, seeing that they believe she is not ready for the role or the responsibilities that come with it.

"Mary should have never been promoted… she has no idea how to manage people if she isn't besties with them… #SellingSunset" tweeted a fan. "Mary is being biased as a manager. You can be mad at Christina's behavior but also how are you not going to say something to the other women who started beef or sat there like a bump on a log while Davina practically cursed out a client after the client complained #SellingSunset" said a fan. "Christine telling Mary she's a bad boss because she doesn't manage or de-escalate anything is GOLD! I feel like that needed more attention. #SellingSunset" added another. "Mary is a horrible manager. How are you going to tell your employee "stop being a bitch " during a business lunch. Again Mary is a horrible boss." noted a fan.

To make matters worse, Mary decided that Christine's birthday was the right time to give her the talk, which had fans even more confused as to her management skills. "It's kinda weird that Mary would choose Christine's birthday to talk about her behavior at work. Maybe she could've done that another day? #SellingSunset" tweeted fan. "No way Mary and Christine sat for lunch on Christine's birthday and Mary knew and didn't even once said "Happy Birthday"…they all hate Christine to the core #SellingSunset #SellingSunset5 #sellingsunsets5" added another.
