On X, one fan wrote, "Oo if Katie is friends with Sutton we know she's going to be a fun ride this season." Another fan added, "Do Katie and Sutton are homegirls. Sutton better recruit rich friends for the show! Go ahead, Sutton!"

Season 18 newbie Katie Ginella views 'RHOC' debut as a great marketing opportunity for business

Katie, while in conversation with PopCulture.com, revealed that joining Real Housewives was thrilling for her.

"It was exciting for me. I had just started this business, which would be a really cool marketing opportunity, and also [it was] just really exciting to ... be the first Asian on [RHOC], which there's never been one. There's never been a Korean Housewife across the franchises, so that was really exciting to me, and it seemed like something new and fun to experience."

Katie described Tamara as a "ball of fun and energy" from the start, but Emily was "a little bit more quiet, but always very kind." She recalled, "[Simpson] was very welcoming, and she was [jokingly] like, 'You sure about this?'" I'm like, 'Yes.' She was great."
