ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: In the past couple of years, Heather Dubrow has undergone a series of transformations in her living arrangements, implementing numerous changes to her residential setup.

Following the sale of her famous previous residence for $55 million in 2022, 'The Real Housewives of Orange County' star and her spouse, Dr Terry Dubrow, decided to reside in a temporary four-bedroom rental property before acquiring a luxurious penthouse in Los Angeles and ultimately purchasing their dream home in Beverly Hills in 2023.

Although Heather has previously provided glimpses of their latest abode, she has finally decided to give a comprehensive tour of the stunning interior.

In the highly anticipated Season 18 premiere of 'RHOC', audiences were treated to an in-depth exploration of Heather and Terry's sprawling 8.3-acre property as they embarked on the daunting task of meeting with a team of experts to strategize their renovation plans and meticulously calculating their budget.

The episode offered a fascinating glimpse into the couple's ambitious project and left viewers on the edge of their seats, eagerly awaiting to see how the renovation unfolds in future episodes.

"That cracks me up," Heather said, pointing to a refrigerator with an “X” taped to the door and a “do not open” sign. She added, "I can't believe we're living like this."

'RHOC' star Heather Dubrow reveals she and Terry needed ' a family home'

During the 'RHOC' Season 18 premiere that aired on July 11, Heather Dubrow revealed additional information about the house in an interview.

"I'm always looking for a new project. After we sold our Crystal Cove house, we bought this house in Beverly Hills. They really wanted in the low 40s and we got it for $16 million," she shared in a confessional.

Despite already owning a stunning penthouse in Los Angeles, which only had two bedrooms, Heather clarified that they needed a larger family-friendly residence, hence their decision to settle in Beverly Hills.

What's the cost of Heather Dubrow's home renovations?

Heather and Terry Dubrow were able to purchase the Beverly Hills house for a bargain, paying well below the asking price. However, their total expenses ended up being much higher than anticipated as a result of the extensive renovations needed on the property.

"This house, we're going to take down to the studs. But in the meantime, I threw some staged furniture in there, and we moved in," Heather revealed.

While discussing their renovation plans, the couple calculated that they would need to allocate approximately $2-3 million for landscaping, a little over $2 million for the guest house, and $1 million for the movie theater.

These expenses, along with other planned changes, added up to a grand total of $32 million. As Heather and Terry transition from one of their many properties to another, they find themselves in a constant state of flux, never truly feeling at home in any one location.

Heather expressed amazement at the number of different places they have lived in, prompting her husband to reflect on their decision to sell their house.

"I thought when we sold that house, we would be in a more relaxed situation. Now it's just elevated," Terry said.

It turns out that the couple has discovered yet another location to refer to as their part-time residence.

Heather elaborated to Terry's mom that they had secured a spot at the Balboa Bay Club for an extended period of time, spanning over the next few months.
