But while their ensembles received praise and adulation from fans, there were also those who thought that some looks were hit-and-miss, especially regarding Kyle Richards’ feathery number. Kyle graced the event wearing a short black dress comprising of an ostrich feather bandeau top and a leather skirt. The housewife styled her peppy look with black block-heeled sandals and a simple diamond studded necklace with matching earrings. The reality star finished her People’s Choice Awards look with a messy updo and glamorous makeup. But while the star had opted for a “fresh” vibe, several of her fans and critics were quick to note how “skinny” she allegedly looked and criticized her outfit choice. One person commented on the photo she posted on Instagram, questioning, “What on earth has happened here , it’s either heavily filtered or she has had more work and lost a chunk of weight.” While another noted her drastic weight loss, penning, “How she look 12 and 62 at the same time?”
A netizen was appalled by people praising the star for allegedly losing weight and commented, “I really wish people would stop complimenting her because she “lost weight.” Our culture is so f****d with weight and looks.” Another social media user also wrote, “You’re looking way to small !” And one person noted, “KYLE you look sooooo skinny!!!” “Jeez Kyle half of you is missing!” exclaimed a netizen.
