It's almost Christmas and the air is filled with the smell of warm cookies, laughter, and love as the world comes together to celebrate the beautiful festival. Families get together to embrace their loved ones and the festive spirit is high from the get-go. And with Christmas comes the beloved tradition of tuning into some Lifetime holiday watches!

'Rebuilding a Dream Christmas' just had its premiere and it truly was a warm and sweet watch. The Lifetime movie is a Christmas romance and will take Abbey (Meggan Kaiser) on a journey of healing along with single dad Josh (Zane Stephens) and his son Noah (Bryson JonSteele). Real estate broker Abbey is forced back home right when she has to take care of a big account as her Victorian home gets damaged. Since it falls under the jurisdiction of the historical committee she has to get permits in person before making repairs but the board of the committee is away for the holiday when she arrives. She also runs into her childhood friend Ellen who is opening a Christmas store and entering the store display contest of the town. Josh, Ellen's brother will meanwhile help repair the interiors of the house till Abbey gets the permit. Josh also has an eight-year-old son Noah, whose wish this Christmas is to have a mom. The story sees workaholic Abbey who lost her whole family be part of Christmas activities which is painful for her. But the more time she spends with Josh and Noah the more her heart is warmed and circumstances that keep her in the town turn out to be a boon. Although there are feelings between the two she'll leave soon and Josh worries that Noah who has become attached will have his heartbroken. Meanwhile, Abbey has a fear of losing people as everyone she loved has passed away, leaving her afraid to open her heart. Josh is angry and hurt when she leaves for Chicago and the two don't say goodbye before she leaves. Right before she goes she gives Ellen a gift she's promised Noah so he can open it later.

What happens at the end of 'Rebuilding a Dream Christmas'?

 As Abbey drives away she realizes midway that this is not what she wants and immediately turns around and goes to look for Josh in town. As the two find each other in the crowd we see a happy ending as they finally share a kiss. Meanwhile, Noah who was in Ellen's shop opens Abbey's gift which is a bell with a card that says to ring it and his wish will come true. As the happy child sees them kiss outside he rushes out to tell them that he got his Christmas wish. 

We also see the results for the window display contest be announced with Ellen being crowned the winner. Josh and Abbey are happy to be in each others arms as she says that the good thing about being in the real estate business is that it can be done from anywhere. The move ends as Ellen announces to the crown that Abbey will move back to the town once more and be a local.
