Lifetime​'s got your back this festive holiday season, with feel-good, wholesome family movies for all; age no bar. Tune in to catch some brilliant actors in action, as they welcome Christmas with you!

'Christmas by Chance' revolves around the story of Chance (played by Winny Clarke) who owns a struggling gift shop called, 'By Chance Gifs'. In time, she's hired by William (played by Jacob Blair), a rich entrepreneur, to help him organize the perfect proposal for his girlfriend, Leyla (played by Celeste Desjardins).

What is 'Christmas by Chance' all about

The official synopsis reads, "The owner of a struggling gift shop is hired by a famous entrepreneur to organize a romantic marriage proposal for his socialite girlfriend".

Winny Clarke as Chance 

Winny Clarke is a Canadian celebrity actress, best known for her role as Abby in the film, 'The Door'. Clarke appeared in the TV series, 'Nowhere to Hide', portraying Reese Pruett in the episode titled, 'The Missing Cheerleader'. 

One of her first acting gigs was the role of Rachel, in the short film 'Penny'. The movie was released in 2013. Clarke also acted in the 2016 film, 'Almost Adults', alongside Elise Bauman.



 

The rest of the cast includes Jacob Blair as William, Celine Tsai as Becky, Sharjil Rasool as Ryan, Celeste Desjardins as Leyla, Neil Whitely as Mr. Davis, Alys Crocker as Jolene, Braden Blair as Little Boy, Nneka Elliott as Reporter #1, James Madge as Reporter #2, Ajay Fry as Reporter #3, Latoya Webb as Salon Owner, and Ralphie as Comet.

Showrunners 

The writer of the movie is Brigitte Kingsley, with Andrew Cymek as the director.
