'Penthouse 3: War in Life': Theory proves Yoon-chul is alive, Dan-tae plots revenge
With Season 3 of 'Penthouse 3: War in Life' nearing its end, there is no way of telling what might happen next as the series is rather famous for its unpredictable turn of events. The previous episode of 'Penthouse 3: War in Life' left fans shocked with what looked like the dramatic death of Seo-jin. As seen in the episode, the lethal combination of drugs Eun-byeol (Choi Ye-bin) had given her starts to destroy her memory and with all her money, power and status gone, she heads down the path of a total nervous breakdown. After wandering through Hera Palace searching for Eun-byeol, she ends up finding Ro-na (Kim Hyun-soo) instead.
Currently, the team of Logan (Park Eun-seok), Yoon-chul (Yoon Jong-hoon), Su-ryeon (Lee Ji-ah), Mar-ri (Shin Eun-kyung) and Dong Pil (Park Ho-san) have been successful in getting rid of Dan-tae (Uhm Ki-joon) who is locked in an asylum in Japan and Seo-jin (Kim So-yeon) meets her untimely end. But as with other 'deaths' in this series, nothing is quite what it seems!

'Penthouse 3: War in Life': Eun-byeol drugs Seo-jin as episode 10 explores toxic relationship
However, Seo-jin mistakes her for Eun-byeol and tries to force her to leave along with her, Ro-na fights back and suddenly, Yoon-chul appears to save his daughter. On seeing her ex-husband, Seo-jin goes into a mad fit of rage and begins to assault him, injuring him gravely. While she grabs Ro-na again, a tussle between the three causes Seo-jin to fall from the first floor while Yoon-chul and Ro-na trip down a flight of stairs.
Yoon-chul breaks Ro-na's fall and even though she is seen unconscious, there is a good chance she is alive. Yoon-chul, however, seems as though he might have hurt himself severely and could be fighting for his life. Seo-jin had the worst fall as she latched on to the chandelier and then fell after which the heavy chandelier fell on top of her. However, there might be a chance that she survives. The preview of the latest episode sees Su-ryeon walking in a hospital, as the loan sharks, who Seo-jin owed money too walk past her. This could imply that Seo-jin survived, but now has a crippling debt upon her.
Moreover, there is a good chance she might turn into the shell of the person that she once was, taking into account her mental health and now her dire physical injuries. Yoon-chul suffered an equally bad fall and there was also a resounding crack that was heard when he fell. But, as per YouTuber Drama Hyung, who pointed out that there has been a leaked photo of the episode which sees Ro-na talking to someone whose head is wrapped in bandages. This could very well be Yoon-chul who managed to survive the fall.
This would finally give the two a chance to work on their relationship as Yoon-chul wants to be a father to her while Ro-na witnessed that he put his life before her when it came to fighting Seo-jin. The preview also teases Logan and Su-ryeon getting engaged; however, it looks like their happiness will only last for so long. In a classic villain fashion, we see Dan-tae acquire what looks like explosives as he gets ready to take his revenge. With scenes featuring Logan running to a police station and Su-ryeon crying as she witnesses an explosion, fans might want to brace themselves for another death in the series. The question is, who will Dan-tae murder in order to get back at Su-ryeon?
