'Pennyworth' Season 3: Episode 'Silver Birch' hailed as quality programming, fans say 'it deserves more love'
'Pennyworth' starring Jack Bannon first released in 2019 on Epix. It is based on DC's Batman comics character of the same name. The series is executive produced by Bruno Heller and Danny Cannon and stars Jack Bannon as Alfred Pennyworth, a younger version of the character previously portrayed by Sean Pertwee in Heller and Cannon's Fox series 'Gotham'.

A fan mentioned, "#Pennyworth is proof that shows born from intellectual property gambits can still be quality programming. It’s an unexpected kind of blueprint for making a show with some source material DNA that doesn’t feel like a corporate piece of dot-connecting."
"Loved this ep. I'll miss when the storyline w/ Patrick (Richard Dillane) ends. It's so believable that he would have kids who turned out like Thomas & Patricia. Hope we see Mary's friend again. Always nice to see Paul Kaye pop up. #PennyworthOnMax #PennyworthHBOMax #Pennyworth," said an excited fan.
