Is there going to be a Season 3 of 'Pennyworth'?
Batman's butler is back and after serving it hot to the villains for two seasons, he's back with the new title to boot. 'Pennyworth: Origins of Batman's Butler' is the new name of HBO Max's blockbuster and the ten-episode series will now drop this month. Viewers note that the first two seasons were an EPIX original before moving to the streamer for its third run. A new trailer was released earlier this September giving a glimpse of what's in store.
Returning alongside Jack Bannon's Pennyworth and Ben Aldridge's Thomas Wayne is Emma Paetz as Martha Wayne, and mother to Bruce Wayne as well as Paloma Faith, Ryan Fletcher, Dorothy Atkinson, Ramon Tikaram, Harriet Slater, and Simon Manyonda. The new installment sees them attempt to take down a group using a new psycho-kinetic drug known as Lullaby State. Trust the name of the drug to have some trademark Alfred charm, but it's a threat nonetheless and promises to be another high-octane season.

Is there a 'Pennyworth' Season 3?
It was confirmed by DC Fandome, DC Comics' virtual event, that the Bannon-starrer will have one more season after the success of the first two. The new season will also see a time jump — post the events of the Civil War and the world reeling in the aftermath of the revolution.
The official synopsis reads, "The DC origin series 'Pennyworth: The Origins of Batman's Butler' follows Alfred Pennyworth (Jack Bannon), a former British SAS soldier, who forms a security company in 1960s London and goes to work with young billionaire Thomas Wayne (Ben Aldridge) and his wife Martha (Emma Paetz) before they become Bruce Wayne’s parents. Season three of the psychological thriller begins after a five-year time jump: the civil war is over, and a cultural revolution has changed the world for better or worse – ushering in a new age of Super Heroes and Supervillains."
'Pennyworth' Season 3 releases October 6, 2022.
