It was a humdinger penultimate episode of 'Peacemaker'. It was emotionally charged, saw some key character deaths, and also the change in chemistry between the surviving heroes, or anti-heroes? It's hard to decipher at this point. The episode sees Murn and Augee/White Dragon die contrasting deaths, but in a way redeeming the rest of the characters. Murn's death at the hands of detective Song means Harcourt is the leader. John Cena's Peacemaker kills his father with tears in his eyes. In a way, his father was always his biggest enemy, but not anymore.

Fans took to Twitter to share their two cents on the chapter titled 'Stop Dragon My Heart Around'. "@JamesGunn keeps on Delivering. And this weeks Peacemaker (Stop Dragon My Heart Around) Has seriously blown me away. @JohnCena (Although not great with Racoons) has seriously brought me to tears this week with his phenomenal characterisation. #Peacemaker #eagly #murn," one of the tweets read.

This was seconded by another who wrote, "#Peacemaker ep 7 is a work of art from start to finish. @JamesGunn once again proves how seamlessly he can transition from something silly to a gut wrenching emotional moment. The emotional moments in this episode was everything. This show is slowly becoming a favorite. Bravo!" The praises continued. "Just when you think that #Peacemaker can't get any better, @JamesGunn simply says "OK, hold my beer!" And the acting/emotional rollercoaster, through which @JohnCena went ... OMG! Can't wait for the finale," another opined.

"New #Peacemaker was fantastic. EVERYONE got cool shit to do. EVERYONE had a moment. This show, man," one of the fans wrote. And some trivia as well. "Peacemaker's best friend Eagly officially joins DC Comics Canon, through the pages of Strange Love Adventures #1. The character was created by @JamesGunn for the HBO Max series, who quickly became a fan-favorite." Another was all in. "I'm all in on an ongoing #Peacemaker series. I look forward to this show every week and I wanna keep that ball rolling."
