Monsta X's I.M Baverse documentary air time and where to watch artists' true stories
Baverse Studio is making waves in the K-pop YouTube scene for its unique concepts and content. Their ‘My X Set’ series went viral with artists introducing their playlists in a realistic setup. They were filmed doing everyday activities while the playlist was used as background music. We saw artists from Monsta X’s I.M driving to Ateez’s Hongjoong customizing shoes while their playlists played.
Their newest series ‘Welcome to my Baverse’ is also a pretty novel idea. It is a documentary series where we see artists being frank and honest about their struggles in the K-pop industry. For the inauguration of this series, Baverse Studio has roped in soloist Woodz, Monsta X’s I.M and producer and singer Sumin. Episode 1 starring Woodz was released on August 25 and episode 2 will feature I.M. Here’s the air time and where to watch the episode.

Teasers
The teasers immediately caught everyone’s eye. Monbebes were completely shocked at how raw and unfiltered the documentary was going to be with I.M confessing that being an idol had been traumatic for him. Woodz spoke about his depression while Sumin spoke about the challenges she faced while producing. As for I.M’s episode, we might also get a glimpse of Jooheon as seen from the teaser.
I.M also talks about what he feels is the power of music and how it has the ability to set the mood without any words. In his individual teaser, he reveals that he used to wonder how long he would last as an idol and would people listen to his music as time passed by. He adds that while he doesn’t seek out happiness he does try hard to succeed. He explained that it was exhausting trying to be happy.

I.M's song 'Loop'
I.M will also be releasing a new song with Baverse. Titled 'Loop', it comes from his anxieties and past selves. He explains that he never actually adjusted to his new selves as a trainee to an idol as he always had to change. Instead, he just got used to it. He revealed that he had anxiety about his future and to get out of it, he took photographs of things that reminded him of his childhood. Using the collage, he seems to have embraced his different personas and has used 'Loop' to talk about this self-acceptance,
'So happy but nervous'
Monbebes loved the concept of the documentary and have made tweets to support I.M. One said, “Anyway the way baverse did the first animation where the boy who believe in music left a clue about visible music and showed a hand with :(: tattoo indicating its changkyun who found the clue and that his episode is next was so well planned and creative.” Another added, “I feel like changkyun agreeing to do a baverse ep is such a big step for him. i mean, we all know how he likes to keep his thoughts to his self and now, he's gonna let us all know. what he thinks, he feels, what he wants :(( i'm so happy but somehow nervous as well.”
One wondered about I.M’s new song, “Baverse stamped raw on seungyoun's episode and id like to believe this was the whole purpose of their 3 episode run. lullaby was self-produced w support from his own team. & i think changkyun's loop will be coda crew produced maybe w help from jooheon. i best believe.” “He can't even look at the camera properly when discussing abt the trauma...HOW I WISH I CAN TELL CHANGKYUN THAT I LOVE HIM EVERY SECOND,” commented another fan.
