LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: ‘Million Dollar Listing: LA’ is back for its 14th season with more drama and luxury than ever! With over a decade of experience in the Los Angeles real estate market, the stars of the Bravo show are ready to take on the roughest deals and toughest personalities with their signature style and wit. Get a peek inside the high-stakes world of luxury real estate as the agents take on some of the most extravagant listings in the city, from stunning beachfront mansions to sprawling modern homes. With the stakes higher than ever, it’s sure to be a wild ride.

And for his first client of Season 14, “Los Angeles’ top broker,” Josh Flagg ended up with a pair of identical twins with varying interests. The reputed real estate agent must now navigate between siblings Caroline and Rachel as they search for the ideal home for their parents. The twin’s parents are in France for the week, and the siblings have been tasked to find them a house. The couple’s house is also amid a renovation, so their children were looking for a home between $4M and $8M in the Santa Monica neighborhood. The twins decided it best to approach Los Angeles’ No 1 agent for the daunting task at hand. But while Josh showed them the first house, Caroline was immediately taken by the lavish home, whereas her sister seemed unimpressed. But Rachel only revealed her thoughts privately to Josh. This disagreement reminded Josh about his broken marriage with Bobby Boyd.

Josh showed Rachel and Caroline a quant house with a beautiful kitchen and formal dining room with wooden beams, aspects that Rachel absolutely loved. The agent representing the property also showed them the backyard, primary bedroom, and pool. While Caroline was of the opinion that the house would need work and the pool took up a lot of space, Rachel was convinced that it was THE house for their parents. She rebuffed any attempt by her sister to persuade her by sticking to her guns. The tension caused Josh to question Caroline if she “hated” the house when Rachel left the room. While Caroline admitted that she didn’t hate it particularly, she did think it was not the “right choice.” She noted she wanted to see a “modern” house. Josh told her to “not settle” for anything and assured her they would keep looking. Later in his confessional, he admitted that personally, he knew all too well how it gets when partners disagree on things. Still, professionally he was going to do his job to make both parties feel “heard.” He also said that he hoped it wouldn’t end up the way his marriage did.

In the confessional, Josh references his recent divorce from his husband, Bobby Boyd. The pair announced their split in March, with Josh explaining that the decision to go their separate ways “was not a rash or impulsive” one. Josh had also stated that the break-up was not based on “a lack of love” but rather the notion that he and Bobby were simply “growing in different directions and wanting very different things” for themselves.
