His undying commitment to his clients and go-getter attitude made him a fan-favorite agent on the show. Season 13 of 'MDLLA' will feature Flagg returning to his Old Hollywood roots focusing on high-end, historic properties in the coveted Beverly Hills Flats, including his own. When Suzanne Somers asks Josh to sell her 28-acre compound in Palm Springs, he is determined to get the job done. Josh Altman
Altman has managed to consistently retain his spot as one of the most dynamic and high-performing agents in the luxury real-estate scene. Thanks to his connections and networking with high-net-worth individuals, Altman has sold over $5 billion worth of properties in the course of his career! He specializes in selling and marketing some of the most iconic and stunning properties.
While retaining his crown as the “King of the Bird Streets,” Josh Altman ventures into new territory with a $25 million-dollar cliffside listing in Orange County, but discovers he is not the only agent looking to expand there. As Josh juggles friendship, family and business, he finds out what his true priorities are and attempts to set a new record for the biggest sale in Brentwood.
Tracy Tutor
Growing up the daughter of Ronald Tutor (Tutor/Perini), one of the most successful civil and building contractors in the country, Tracy was introduced to Real Estate at an early age. Shortly after graduating from the University of Southern California, she went to work for her father, acquiring a wealth of knowledge and a steadfast work ethic. After almost three years at Tutor/Perini, Tracy transitioned into a career in residential real estate and has never looked back.
In between contentious listing meetings and high-stakes negotiations, Tracy Tutor still finds time to prioritize her personal life with her boyfriend, Erik. In a turn of events, Tracy must trade her broker's hat for a buyer's hat when she starts house-hunting for herself and two daughters. Tracy faces her biggest challenge when listing a $30 million-dollar Holmby Hills estate owned by the toughest customer she has ever dealt with – her little sister.
Fredrik Eklund
'Million Dollar Listing New York' star Fredrik Eklung has finally shifted base from East Coast to West Coast to be with his family. James Harris and David Parnes
James Harris and David Parnes continue to dominate the Bel Air market and expand into the historic Hancock Park area with a traditional home straight out of the Hamptons. After butting heads with Fredrik and dealing with several challenging sellers, they must set aside their British manners and break a few rules to get the job done. The partners' "no-nonsense" approach to closing deals, coupled with their extensive network of high-net-worth international and domestic clients, have enabled them to reach a steady incline in sales year over year, with over $2 Billion in sales since 2017.
