'Memories of the Alhambra' episode 11 and 12 spoilers: What does the 'ally' mean for Jin Woo's future in the game?

Jin Woo and Hee joo's love story has been brewing for a while and we are glad to see all the setting up finally leading to something.

If you have been engrossed with Netflix and tvN K-drama ‘Memories of the Alhambra,’ you'd be aware that in the previously aired episodes 9 and 10 Jin Woo (Hyun Bin) found himself an ally in the game.

Towards the end of Sunday’s episode, we learned what that cost him -- a dear friend and a loyal secretary. Jin Woo and Jung-hoon (Min Jin-woong) who were heading to Granada to get ahead in the game got separated when the former went into the washroom and the later was confronted by a bunch of game villains. Unable to fend for himself, Jun-hoon gets killed, despite levelling up before venturing on this trip.

His employer, however, is still in the dark about his fate, and asks the Pirates of Malaga to search for Jung-hoon, who has unfortunately gone the way of Hyung-seok (Park Hoon), Jin Woo's mortal enemy. The silver lining to his death, however, is that instead of becoming a vengeful enemy hellbent on haunting Jin Woo forever, Jung-hoon has become an angel-esque ally to his old boss in the game.
