LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: NBC's 'The Voice' Season 22 may have kicked off on a high note, but the fans are steadily losing interest in the singing competition show as the season gradually progressed. The recently aired episode of the NBC show featured the audience picking the Top Four contestants who would be competing in the finale, and after watching Team Blake's Bryce Leatherwood and Brayden Lape bag a spot effortlessly, fans were left fuming and writing off the show.

From dubbing 'The Voice' as a joke to blaming the audience's obsession with the coaches over the actual talent, fans were left with a lot of strong feelings after watching talented artists like Parijita Batsola, Justin Aaron, and Kim Cruse being shown the door.

An angry fan tweeted, "Y’all have ears just like I have ears?! I KNOW damn well y’all don’t truly think Justin, Omar, Parajita & KIM belong in the bottom and Brayden even Bryce sounds better than them? Kim was literally classically trained and it shows!! This is the last episode I’m watching #TheVoice." "Welp America is definitely showing its true colors, or lack there of. Brayden and Bryce are in the finale while Parajita and Kim go home. Many 'The Voice' fans blamed the audience's obsession with Blake Shelton for 'mediocre talents' like Bryce and Brayden advancing to finale while the real talent was battling it out for an instant save vote. A fan shared, "All the POC are up for elimination but Bryce leatherwood and Brayden get voted through. It’s obvious that old white people just vote for team Blake no matter who they are. #TheVoice." "I LOVE Blake, really one of the reasons I watch the show, but Brayden and Bryce both needed to leave tonight. #TheVoice should be about the Voice, not another Todd Tilghman-like fiasco where mediocrity wins," pointed out a fan. "Can’t wait for Blake to leave so real talent will hopefully have a chance because in what world should OMAR, parajita, Kim or Justin be going home over Brayden, atleast Bryce is somewhat understandable but seriously wtf #thevoice," commented a fan.
