The highly-anticipated Part 2 of Netflix’s hit series ‘Lucifer’ is finally going to hit the streaming platform in a few days and fans cannot wait to see what happens when God finally meets Lucifer. The upcoming part of the season will take forward the story and will see God making an entrance.

Tom Ellis will obviously be back as the titular character and Lauren German will reprise the role of Detective Chloe Decker. Let’s take a look at the cast members.

Tom Ellis as Lucifer Morningstar

You can’t imagine ‘Lucifer’ without Tom Ellis. The actor will be reprising the role of the retired ruler of hell in Part 2. Born on November 17, 1978, Thomas John Ellis is a Welsh actor who started his career by making an appearance on the TV series ‘Kiss Me Kate’. The actor made his feature film debut in 2001 with the movie ‘High Heels and Low Lifes’. Meanwhile, he continued making cameo appearances on several TV shows up until 2005.



 

In 2006, the actor got his first major role in the comedy series, ‘Suburban Shootout’, alongside Tom Hiddleston, Emma Kennedy, and Ruth Wilson. In 2009, his first major role came with the TV series ‘Miranda’ alongside Miranda Hart and Sarah Hadland.  He also appeared in the long-running BBC One soap opera ‘East Enders’, the BBC sketch comedy show ‘The Catherine Tate Show’ and the BBC medical drama ‘Holby City’.

He reprised the role of Lucifer during ‘The Flash’ episode of the Arrowverse crossover ‘Crisis on Infinite Earths’.

Lauren German as Detective Chloe Decker

German began her acting career as a stage actor and appeared in several theater productions, including ‘Peter Pan’ and ‘Oliver’. She made her feature film debut in the 2000 romantic comedy ‘Down to You’. In 2002, German co-starred in the romantic drama ‘A Walk to Remember’ with Shane West and Mandy Moore. She starred in the second season of the CBS police drama ‘Hawaii Five-0’ as DHS agent Lori Weston from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, she starred as paramedic Leslie Shay in the NBC series ‘Chicago Fire’. 



 

Kevin Alejandro as Dan Espinoza

Born on April 7, 1976, Kevin Michael Alejandro has been a part of the entertainment industry since 2002. He made his feature film debut with ‘Purgatory Flats’ in 2002 and went on to star in ‘Graduation Nights’ in 2003. Later that year, he also went on to make his television debut with the series, ‘Crossing Jordan’. Since then, he has featured on numerous projects such as ‘Red State’, ‘The Young and The Restless’, ‘24’, ‘Alias’, ‘CSI: Miami’, ‘Sons of Anarchy’, ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ and many more.



 

He also played the role of Jacques Velazquez in the blockbuster series ‘True Blood’. In 2013, Alejandro joined the DC Comics-produced The CW series ‘Arrow’ as Sebastian Blood/Brother Blood, recurring throughout the show's second season.

DB Woodside as Amenadiel 

Born on July 25, 1969, David Bryan Woodside kick-started his career with the miniseries, ‘The Temptations’, where he played the role of iconic bass singer Melvin “Blue” Franklin. The series won the Outstanding Television Movie or Mini-Series accolade at the NAACP Image Awards. The series laid the foundation for the actor’s prosperous acting career.



 

In 2000, he starred alongside Jet Li in the movie ‘Romeo Must Die’. The movie did not receive much praise from the critics but turned out to be a success at the box office. One of his most popular roles came in 2014 when he made an appearance in the critically-acclaimed series ‘Suits’. He portrayed the role of Jeff Malone from 2014 to 2018 and also went on to reprise his character in the spin-off series ‘Pearson’. 

Lesley-Ann Brandt as Mazikeen

The South African actress began her professional career as a model and was cast in a number of New Zealand television advertisements. Brandt's first significant acting role was in the New Zealand television series, ‘Diplomatic Immunity’. Brandt also appeared as slave girl Naevia in the first season of ‘Spartacus: Blood and Sand’ and the prequel miniseries ‘Spartacus: Gods of the Arena’.



 

‘Chuck’, ‘CSI: NY’, ‘Being Mary Jane’, ‘Killer Women’ and ‘Gotham’ are some of the projects he has featured on over the years.

Aimee Garcia as Ella Lopez

Born on November 28, 1978, Aimee Sandimés Garcia López de Ordóñez began her career as a child actor and was seen in various advertisements. She started participating in theatre at 7 years of age.  By the age of twelve, she was dancing 20 shows a month as "Clara" in ‘The Nutcracker’. She joined the Young People's Company, whose alumni include John Cusack, Joan Cusack, Jeremy Piven, Lili Taylor, and Aidan Quinn.



 

She portrayed Maria on The WB's ‘Greetings from Tucson’, and had a role in the Disney Channel original movie ‘Cadet Kelly’. From 2009 to 2010, she was in the cast of the NBC series ‘Trauma’, as EMT helicopter pilot Marisa Benez. Garcia portrayed the character of Jamie Batista in the hit TV show ‘Dexter’ and was also nominated for a SAG Award for Best Ensemble in Dramatic Television Series.
