DALLAS, TEXAS: Season 3 of ‘Love Is Blind’ is proving to be quite controversial as most of the male contestants are coming across as “toxic” and full of “red flags” to the fans. But on a closer look at the series, you can see that not all of the men are toxic. There are a few diamonds in the rough, according to viewers.

One hidden gem of ‘Love Is Blind’ Season 3 is Sikiru ‘SK’ Alagbada, who usually goes only by ‘SK’. The Nigerian data engineer has apparently won many fans’ hearts after his chivalrous display of love toward his fiancee Raven Ross. SK has maintained his calm and collected demeanour throughout the season, even when Raven has been inflexible toward his needs. He has been respectful toward his fiancee’s every need and desire, a quality that many of the other men on ‘Love Is Blind’ do not possess. But fans have also been quick to notice how even after SK’s devotion to Raven, the pilates instructor seems to be quite uncompromising when it’s a matter of SK’s comfort. Many viewers believe that Raven will break SK’s “pure” heart.

When Raven and SK met in the pods, it felt like the duo were poles apart. Raven, a pilates instructor and SK, a tech nerd, were not only from different professional backgrounds but also from different countries and showcased opposing qualities and behaviour. But their differences didn’t stop the two from falling in love. After Raven’s connection with Bartise fizzled out, she paid more attention to SK and the duo connected on their outlook on life and their plans for the future. And SK seemed to love Raven’s intellect, which Raven liked about him as she wanted someone who would appreciate her mind more than her physique.

Ironically, after the duo met, many fans seemed to think that Raven was not physically attracted to SK. The couple might share an emotional connection, but Raven didn’t seem that interested in her fiance and even expressed that she wanted to wait until their marriage to get intimate. However, SK was completely fine with the arrangement and did not pressure Raven. Still, the pair shared a few hot moments as they made out in the pool or when SK gave Raven a sensuous massage. But Raven’s behaviour continued to be confusing as even after the pair moved into SK’s house, Raven had many complaints and demanded a lot of compromises from SK. But SK was always happy to comply for the sake of his future bride and showered all of his love and attention on Raven. SK’s respect for Raven and willingness to compromise and work on the relationship made many fans think he was the ideal ‘husband material’ guy on the show.

But things got a little tense as SK reminded Raven he would be off to school soon, so she demanded a separate place near her work to maintain her quality of life. SK was not so happy to hear that, as he graciously reminded his fiancee that since he would be a student, he would be cutting down on expenses, something he had mentioned to her already when they were in the pods. He said he was still fine to pay his share, but Raven sometimes has to compromise for him too. SK seemed a little agitated, especially after Raven demanded he pays half the rent for her apartment, where he won’t be staying.

This exchange between the couple and Raven’s somewhat cold behaviour towards SK has convinced fans that she will break his heart. One fan observed, “She’s gearing up to break that man’s heart, I can feel it. If they get married, SK is getting divorce papers mailed from Dallas right before finals week #LoveIsBlind #LoveisBlindS3 #LoveIsBlind3.” While another chipped in with, “#LoveIsBlind I don’t think Raven is on the show for the right reason and I’m scared she’ll break SK’s heart.” A viewer wrote, “I’m scared Raven gonna break SK’s heart this man is too good for this world #loveisblind.” While a fan called SK the most “husband material”, saying, “Is it just me or is SK the most husband-material on this season of #LoveisBlind? I hope I’m not speaking too soon, but he’s my favorite.” Another pointed out Raven’s absurdity by penning, “Raven telling SK that it’s only fair he pays half her rent even though he won’t be living in her apartment while he’s at school .. in California #LoveIsBlind.” While one said, “I want to ship SK and Raven so bad but sis is not ready to compromise. I don’t see it happening #LoveIsBlind.”
