'Love Is Blind' Season 3: SK feels 'agitated' over Raven Ross' unwillingness to compromise

DALLAS, TEXAS: Raven Ross and SK seem to be getting closer and closer as ‘Love Is Blind’ Season 3 progresses. In Episode 3 the couple got engaged and soon spent quality time together in Maimi. Episodes 5 and 6 saw the duo move in together and test out co-living. Raven even met SK’s family and impressed his mother.
But as sweet as the couple may seem, they also face some hurdles along the road. Although Raven claims to love SK, she also appears unwilling to compromise for her future husband. It was often more than clear that Raven was unhappy with SK’s lifestyle or choices. To such an extent that even SK seemed to note her unending demands and complaints.

Raven has been very clear about why she likes SK. The pilates instructor said that SK appreciated her mind over her body and loved the pair’s emotional connection. In Episode 5 of ‘Love Is Blind’, the duo even shared a steamy moment in the pool as they made out passionately. But so far, Raven clearly does not intend to get intimate with SK yet, and wants to wait until they’re married, which is not a problem for the data engineer. But what irked SK was Raven’s constant complaining over his lifestyle.
When Raven moved in with SK, she seemed to dislike SK’s velvet “obsession” and complained about several things, such as the appliances and furniture in SK’s apartment. She even criticized SK for talking to his family at night because it disturbed her sleep. But SK reminded her that his family is based in Nigeria, and the US has a seven-hour time difference with the country. But her fiance also assured her he would step out to take his calls next time so Raven could sleep peacefully.
SK was fine with compromising for Raven’s comfort, but the water went overboard when SK told his future wife that he plans to move closer to school in Boston. In response, Raven expressed that she intends to have her apartment as it’s closer to her work. She stated that she hates commuting far. SK reminded her that he would have to reduce his expenses and live like a student, to which his fiance said that she does not want her quality of life to suffer.
Raven then noted that she does not mind managing expenses 50/50, and that even if SK isn’t living in the apartment, he should split the rent with her since they will be married. In his confessional, SK said he was OK with splitting everything but found Raven too unwilling to compromise. He stated that he had been clear with her about his study plans and student lifestyle when the pair connected in the pods. He also added that he was willing to do what it took for Raven, but he also required her to compromise, saying, “If I need her to compromise on certain things, I feel like it’s only fair.”
