For third-gen fans who were dreading the military era, there's good news as more and more idols are getting discharged in 2022. All healthy South Korean males to the age of 30 have to enlist in mandatory military service and that also includes our favorite male K-pop idols. And with most of the third-gen idols reaching 30, many of them have started enlisting. In fact, just last week, SF9’s Youngbin enlisted while it was announced that Pentagon’s Hongseok would be the next to go. But with enlisting early, many idols are also finally coming back like Kard’s J.Seph.

Spring 2022 is gonna be a good time since many idols enlisted in late 2020. And so, they are finally completing their mandatory military service and reuniting with their K-pop groups. With Kard being a co-ed group, J.Seph was the only Korean male member who had to enlist. In the meantime, BM, who is American was focusing on his solo career. As for the female members, Somin was focusing on modeling and her lifestyle vlogs while Jiwoo has been participating in talent competition programs like 'Double Trouble'.
