‘Kai x YSL Beauty’: EXO star goes viral at Paris event, K-pop fans say ‘so unreal’

PARIS, FRANCE: It seems that fans are not exaggerating when they say K-pop is taking over fashion as we had several K-pop idols becoming the main event at the YSL Beauty x Dua Lipa In Paris event. Stray Kids fans went gaga as they spotted Felix and Hyunjin in Paris and had wondered if they would be attending the show. Well, they did turn up in sleek black outfits. The next K-pop idol to steal the spotlight is no stranger to the fashion world as it was EXO's Kai.

EXO's Kai is one of the most popular brand ambassadors of Gucci since 2019. That is not all as he also became the global ambassador for Seoul Fashion Week 2022 and even teamed up with Gucci for his first capsule collection in 2021. Kai is also a much sought-after model as he constantly graces magazine covers like Vogue, GQ, Elle and more. And so, it was no surprise as Kai was invited to the YSL Beauty Event held on September 5.

EXO's Kai attends YSL Beauty event

On September 4, EXO fans spotted Kai at the Paris airport as he flew in for the YSL Beauty Event. As the muse of YSL Beauty, he made an appearance at the event for the launch of the new Libre perfume. The K-pop idol wore a black metallic embossed suit complete with a black manicure and swept-back hair. With Kai also flying to Paris for the event, fans think he is soon to be announced as YSL Beauty's ambassador.
