The HGTV star took to Instagram on Monday to share a Christmas photo alongside the '(500) Days of Summer' actress with his devoted followers, prompting concerns about the couple's engagement plans among fans.
Jonathan and Zooey, both twinning in red, greeted their well-wishers for the holidays. Jonathan posted on Instagram, "I hope your Christmas was as joy filled as ours. I feel fortunate to be surrounded by loved ones and to health and happiness in abundance. If there’s anyone out there you think may feel alone this holiday season, I encourage you to spread some cheer and reach out. 🥰."

The pair spent the holidays at Park House, their newly restored Los Angeles home, with Deschanel's two children, Charlie Wolf and Elsie Otter, whom she has with ex-husband Jacob Pechenik. The HGTV stars' magazine Drew + Jonathan Reveal initially revealed the completed five-bedroom "dream home" of 'The New Girl' actress and 'Property Brothers' contractor in June. They had their first Thanksgiving in their new home in November.
