'RHOSLC': Jennie Nguyen shocks all as she admits to breaking husband's ribs during fight
This is definitely not Jennie Nguyen's best week. After being subject to the immense backlash with the resurfacing of some of her old Facebook posts containing very offensive and racist memes, the 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' star may have landed herself into yet another sticky situation when she revealed on the recently aired episode of the Bravo show that she broke her husband Dr. Duy Tran's ribs during a fight.
The latest episode of 'RHOSLC' featured Jennie and her co-star Mary Cosby trying to bury their hatchet. Mary approached Jennie apologized to her and extended an olive branch, the new housewife gracefully accepted it. In her green room interview, Jennie admitted that it wasn't easy for her to forgive and move on with Mary, but after battling anger issues and going through anger-management therapy for over a year, Jennie had realized that forgiving is the first step to moving forward rather than harboring anger and resentment.

The housewife went on to elaborate on how bad her anger issues were, which she had battled for many years. Jennie finally realized that she needed help when during one of her bouts of anger she threw something at her husband Dr. Duy, which ended up breaking his rib. Soon after that Jennie decided to work on her issues and get her anger under control.
Jennie isn't the first housewife to admit to hurting her husband. Former 'RHOC' star Braunwyn Windham Burke too admitted to assaulting her husband on the Bravo show. After hearing Braunwyn reveal that she beat her husband in front of their children, fans began demanding for the housewife's firing from the show. The housewife's exit was announced after the season, alongside a major casting overhaul of 'RHOC'.
Fans have been demanding Jennie's firing as well ever since the screenshots of her resharing some very questionable memes that aligned with the anti-BLM movement, and the anti-vaxx stance began doing rounds on the internet. Jennie issued an apology for her posts, but her co-stars have issued statements calling her out for her racist posts. Jen Shah, Meredith Marks, and Lisa Barlow have already unfollowed the new housewife on social media. Neither Jennie nor the network has issued any official statement about the future of Jennie on 'RHOSLC'.
'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' Season 2 airs every Sunday at 9/8c on Bravo.
