'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' star Jennie Nguyen has yet again made the headlines, but this time around the Bravo star is being slammed by the internet after her old racist, anti-BLM posts from her Facebook resurfaced online. Jennie is being called out for the inappropriate racist and anti-vaxx memes she shared on her Facebook page in 2020.

The screenshots doing round on the internet feature Jennie resharing memes opposing the BLM movement, questioning the Covid -19 vaccine, and referring to the supporters of the BLM movement as 'BLM Thugs' and 'thug rioters'. These memes were shared in 2020 during the protests in the wake of George Floyd's killing. One of the memes she reshared reads, "If you follow the officers' orders, you won't get shot." Others read "Blue Lives Matter" and "White Lives Matter".  After facing a lot of backlash, Jennie took to her Instagram on Wednesday evening (January 19, 2022) to issue an apology for her old Facebook posts.

The 'RHOSLC' star wrote, "I want to acknowledge and apologize for my deleted Facebook posts from 2020 that resurfaced today. At the time, I thought I was speaking out against violence, but I have since learned how offensive and hurtful my words were." "It's why I deactivated that account more than a year ago and why I continue to try to learn about perspectives different from my own," she added, concluding, "I regret those posts and am sincerely sorry for the pain they caused," she explained. She shared the apology note alongside the hashtag #HateIsAVirus.

Unfortunately, it looks like the internet isn't ready to forgive her just yet. Several 'RHOSLC' fans began demanding Jennie's firing from the show. A fan wrote, "You deleted the page this morning after you woke up and realized sh*t hit the fan dumba**. and you aren’t sorry about what you posted you’re sad because you got caught and now your argument against mary is credible. #RHOSLC." "Jennie isn't sorry for what she did, she is sorry she got caught. #RHOSLC," tweeted a fan. "I don’t need to see Jennie on the next season I’ve seen enough and today was the icing on the cake. It’s an immediate no for me. #RHOSLC," added a fan.

Another fan shared, "Please fire Jennie #RHOSLC!" "Andy needs to fire Jennie. It won’t be a loss anyway. Imagine being on a show for 1 season and not leaving with anything except people knowing your husband doesn’t respect you and you’re racist. #RHOSLC," seconded a fan. "BRAVO MUST FIRE THE MONSTER. PERIOD. The hatred and vitriol spewing from Jennie on FB is truly disturbing and disgusting. Bravo better show they have no tolerance for this BS- don't get me started on Ramona #RHOSLC #fireJennie #completeanduttertrash," expressed an angry fan.

On 'RHOSLC' Jennie managed to stir up quite some drama when her co-star Mary Cosby complimented her "slanted eyes". Jennie accused Mary of being racist and called out her fellow housewife for her offensive remarks.
