The 'sMothered' star's daughter Cristina seems worried about her mother's health.
In a preview clip from the latest episode, Kathy says, "You know I'm turning 65 and I thought I can have a little birthday funeral."
Cristina adds, "What's going on with her? Like hey mom, are you dying."

Is 'sMothered' star Kathy suffering from some illness?

Cristina plans a big party for her daughter's seventh birthday, while Kathy is thinking about her upcoming 65th birthday. Kathy considers having her party at a roller rink, but ultimately wants something more eerie.

Inspired by this idea and a fear of missing out on her own funeral, Kathy decides to throw a 'living funeral birthday party' for herself.
Cristina initially brings up the idea of Kathy's funeral, but quickly becomes uncomfortable with it. She fails to see the humor in the suggestion made by Kathy to 'pop out of a coffin'.
However, Cristina finds the idea of the party intriguing and can't help but notice her mother's odd behavior at her daughter's birthday celebration.
Kathy keeps falling asleep, which is out of character for her. Cristina wonders if her mother is unwell.
'sMothered' star Kathy gets disturbing news from the doctor
Kathy wants to be present at her own funeral party not just because she doesn't want to miss her own funeral, but also because she believes that her genetics are a cause for concern.
The 65-year-old shares with Cristina that both her mother and grandmother died at 68, which worries Kathy.
Cristina is unhappy with this revelation, as it feels more like a family curse than a mere theory.
However, there is something Kathy is yet to share with her kids and family members.
In a confessional, Kathy says, "A few weeks ago I got some news from my doctor. It's not good news. It's not news that you want to get at this stage of the game."
Kathy hints at having to handle a difficult situation that nobody would want to handle.
Additionally, she is having difficulty figuring out how to inform her children about it. Currently, not much is known about her situation.
