'sMothered': Kathy and Cristina get bikini wax together, fans say 'that's a little extreme'
Kathy Crispino and Cristina Bertolli share a strong bond and there is nothing that can keep this mother-daughter duo apart. Cristina has been staying with Kathy ever since her house had to undergo renovation. While Christina's husband, Carlo, did not think it was a good idea, he finally got around accepting it for Cristina.
In the latest episode (July 12), Cristina and Kathy decided to head out and have a bikini wax together. The two have been spending a lot of time together ever since they started living under the same roof. Cristina thought it would be a good way to spend the time especially since Kathy had never had a bikini wax. As the two went to get bikini wax, Cristina had an unusual request. She asked the receptionist if they could get the wax together, in one room. The receptionist hinted that it won't be a problem as long as they did not have any hesitation. Speaking to the camera, the receptionist admitted that she had never seen a mother-daughter share this together.
Kathy was the first one to go and she admitted that she did not see the pain coming. To distract herself from the pain, Kathy and Cristina engaged in a conversation and discussed about Carly. Kathy was curious to find out why her daughter, Carly, had been irritated for a long time. Cristina and Kathy decided it was time for them to look into the matter.
As their conversation continued, Cristina was the next to get waxed. She admitted that the pain was more than what she had expected. Luckily for them, they were able to sail through it as they continued discussing Carly. While Cristina and Kathy thought there was nothing strange about their waxing experience, the viewers thought otherwise.
